Welcome to Batalje’s Junior Class!
Age group: 9–14 years old (you can start in the calendar year you turn 9)
Semester schedule:
– 18th August 2026: Start of the autumn semester
– 1th October 2026: Autumn break – Batalje will be closed
– 17th December 2026: Last training session before Christmas
Practical information:
– You can find the timetable here, under BJJ Junior
– We are located at “Hvelvet”, Grønnegata 86. Go to Vestregata 27 and enter through the courtyard towards Grønnegata
– A GI (uniform) is not required during the first two weeks
– Training clothes: If you do not have a gi, please wear clean, close-fitting sportswear without zippers, pockets, etc. Jewellery, earrings, piercings and similar items must be removed. Gi’s are available to borrow the first two weeks at the gym
– Hygiene: Please make sure your feet are clean and that your fingernails and toenails are trimmed short
